Hi /3/, I'm following a workshop by 3D Total to create hair using ZBrush and Maya. I'm at the point where it tells me to "convert all Nurbs curves to Guide Curves". I'm not at all familiar with Maya and I can't find the option to do so anywhere. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

How do you guys go about creating bump or displacement maps for detailed human bodies? Most tutorials just use generic noise patterns which is sort of passable at lower resolutions but I have seen better. I know how I could create them in zbrush, but when it comes finding material regarding skin details I don't know where to start, I have seen even some people modding skyrim with very realistic 4k textures but I don't know where they get access to very high resolution scans of humans or get a comprehensive set of skins alphas for zbrush from.
