I live in a small US town where everyone has dogs. Problem is, in the past year my dog has been attacked (bitten and bled) THREE times by three different dogs. I keep my dog leashed at all times, and I'm stronger than him, but a bunch of the other owners make either leave the door open too long or simply aren't strong enough to hold the leash. I don't wanna go getting dogs put down, but now my dog won't let other dogs near me and is constantly freaking out when he hears dogs outside (he never used to care before). He keeps being the one to get hurt when he is leashed and behaving. Does anyone know what my options are here? Pic related, my poor dog

Sup /an/. Have two Cavies I picked up about 2 weeks ago. They are both male, both now about 7-8 weeks old. We just upgraded them from a smaller cage to pic related. It's 10.5 sqft. They have plenty of hiding places, water is changed daily, and always have pellets and fresh 50/50 Alfalfa/Timothy hay available. Here's the issue. After having had them for two weeks they are still absolutely shit scared of me and I don't know why. Whenever I'm in the room with them they dart under cover and stay there for hours. If I'm at my computer for a while, they might sneak out for a bit of water and food, but as soon as I twitch they dart for cover. If I pick them up and hold them to my chest or in my lap, they seem to chill out and let me pet them. But as soon as I put them back in the cage they dart for cover. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Or not doing enough? My concern is they don't seem to come out to eat when people are around.

what kind of bird is this? not even kidding, i was walking outside and he landed on my head. now we're bros, i fed him a worm, and put him back in the tree he was near . there were more birds like him around, so i think he's alright.

SO, i got a couple of budgies about 2 or 3 months ago, and im finally starting to train them. One of them, the female (white and blue) is starting to perch on my finger on command, but the male (green and yellow) is still terrified of me, and recently got out of his cage when i was training the other. He flew straight into the wall and has a large brown and white mark on his nose. Im guessing its a bruise. I need help, what am i doing wrong with the male, and what could the mark be?
