Fender, rack, pannier recommendations

About to be headed back to the states from Afghanistan. My truck is back home in RI and I'm not going to be taking post deployment leave until January. My bike (pic related, same model) is in my Sgt's garage. Since it is going to be my primary mode of trasportation I'm looking to make a tourer of sorts out of it. Looking for recommendations on fenders, a rear rack, and bags that aren't $$$.

Old thread reached bump limit, here is link to that thread: >>704198 Anyone know a solid jacket? I have a nice base layer and even a jersey, but temperatures drop low to around 0-5° F, or about -15°C and it will be windy.

Do you get happy when it's pitch black and really fucking cold outside, but at least it isn't raining or snowing? Have you even climbed a mountain, only to turn back to descend and think "Oh boy, it's gonna get chilly now" Have you ever ridden your bike for two months without seeing another fellow cyclist on the road? Have you ever been struck by the feels while riding out there in the rain and cold? You're not alone! >Mountain biking >Road riding >Grocery getting >Commuting Join us! strava.com/clubs/forever-shinkansen Also, http://veloviewer.com won't be free anymore after this weekend. So take your last chance to play with your Strava data for free there. Brag about your Veloviewer score ITT.

How much would I be missing out if I went with a Sony Action Cam or some other Gopro thing instead of just getting a Gopro? Pic related it's the Sony HDR-AS100V which is supposed to have better IQ than the GoPro Hero3+ Black but since no one's buying them I could get one for $200

So, I was watching Monkey Business, one of the old Cary Grant movies, and this vehicle shows up on the scene where Cary and Marilyn Monroe's character are taking a drive in his new car when he is under the effect of the drug. And so I saw this vehicle and I have no idea what it is, so I come to you guys, what is it?

What do you people think of this bike (Cannondale Hooligan 2014)? Has anyone had any experience with it? What's it like? Is it worth £700? Should I buy?

So I found this on my walk home tonight sitting in the creek along the bike path it had been there for 2 days I think it has potential obviously needs a lot of work. The emblem on the front says Centurion Bicycle Works so I looked up the serial number (nom6505 if anyone wants to check) but that only tells me what year, week, and what number the bike is nothing about which model. Is there any other way to find out?

Is 27 too old to be a professional (road) cyclist? Is there anyone on here who is pro or semi-pro that can talk about what the sport is like at that level?

I've never really visited this board before. Looks like it's mostly bikes and trains. But does anybody here like roads? Can we have a road thread? Pic related: it's the turbine interchange at I-295 and Butler Blvd in Jacksonville.

Upon seeing the imprint of my Assos chamois which graces my exposed ballbag, I am pushed over the edge and the big semens fly out, coating all, dappled silver dewdrops 'pon my taut grimacing maw
