Is there any /out/ related anime? NOT SO FAST I'm asking about REALLY /out/-tier anime, not "lolis go barely into nature" slice-of-life bullshit like "Yama no Susume" "Unhabitated planet survive" (pic related) is the closest thing I know because everything happens in a desert island, although it may not be /out/ enough for you. I thought "Coppelion" would be good in that way but ended up very disapointed

Hey /out/, I've been considering trying out urban exploring. My knowledge needed for such activity is limited, and my experience is not plentiful regarding safety in the field, etc. I'd really appreciate anyone giving me a run down on basic urban exploring. Advise on kit, and general tips are very welcome. I look forward to hearing back from you guys

hey fellas Ausfag here. Not sure if this is right board or not so tell me if it isn't. So I bought this Short Tube Catadioptric Equatorial Refelctor Telescope D114 F1000 for 150AUD Came with SR4mm, H12.5mm, H20mm, 1.5x erecting eyepiece and 2xBarlow. Is this a good buy? I am reading through the manual and did all the alignment, but still fairly lost on how different pieces interact. Any tips would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Hi /out/. I don't know how often these threads crop up here, but I'd like to know if some of you would be willing to help a newfag with becoming accustomed to the /out/ lifestyle/hobby. I'm more interested in going underground, whether it be in caves or basements. Climbing radio towers or stories of abandoned buildings also peaks my interest, as opposed to hiking through forests or deserts. I have a few questions which on my mind which I'd like answered. First off, should I always go with a partner when urban exploring? I'm sort of worried that I'd get a dodgy partner off FaceBook or some shit, which would knock me out when I'm not looking, or even kill me, then steal my gear. I know no one which is interested in this. Secondly, is it neccesary to bring something like a pistol or knife for self defense if I run into some thug? I know it isn't likely, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on this. Is there a pastebin or something with detailed information? And finally, what are some books, documentaries or brands that you would recommend? I've been browsing for a couple of days now and I'm getting exited, so I have done a bit of research. Still, I'd like to hear what you have to say, since you guys seem to know a lot about this sort of thing. From the few days I've been on here, /out/ seems fairly welcoming, but I'd still like to apologize for newfagging. Thanks.

Read the Subject, please. Gentlemen, Today it is uncertain times and I have little pocket money. at around $30 dollars, I can pick up one of these tents a Stansport 6x6 6x3 Scout tent, pic related. My question would be, are they good? Cozy? Spacious enough? keep out the critters and sunlight? Is it made good? Any help or opinions would be appreciated greatly, and I would be truly obliged. Thanks in advance.

Hey /out/, can you give me some advice on walking boots? I wasn't really looking for boots but came upon these in the pic http://www.sportsdirect.com/karrimor-ksb-munro-mens-walking-boots-182421?colcode=18242105 and they look really nice and are on sale. I don't have much experience with buying walking boots as I've had my walking boots for about 5 years now and they are great but have gotten all worn out. Can you give me a review on those and give me some general tips on what to look for. I generally hike all seasons, mostly in mountainous terrain. Would these be appropriate for summer? Thanks.

Cycling vacation (in Slovakia)

hey /out/, I need some help! I want to take my gf for a vacation in Slovakia this summer, but I don't really know anything about riding long distances on bike or camping - at all! please post any tips or the like you have about camping and cycling in Slovakia, but most of all just the above, but in general! also, I'm thinking that it's going to be a 5-6 days long trip, and the plan is to take the train to Wien (from Denmark), ride to Bratislava, spend an entire day, or the like, in Bratislava, go for Poprad/Spis, where the Tatra mountains and Spis castle are, then go home from there > what kind of bike should I/we have? what could do, what's a no-go? > camping equipment? > camping / cycling in Slovakia? > packing, what should I (we) bring? > what's the best/cheapest possibilites for going with public transportation from Denmark to Slovakia and vice versa > etc. thanks! OKAY TEAM GEMINI! I have a question for all of the hunters out there (coyote more specifically). Allow me to preface by saying, I have occipital neuralgia, the nerves in my neck make me have a headache every day. Sometimes the headaches are worse than other days and etc etc. MY QUESTION IS: Has anyone gone hunting after smoking cannabis? does it affect frequency of game spotting? more specifically-do coyote run from the smell (i would smoke before I put my mossy oak on & use scent blocker)? No worry I live in Washington state >Pic related, is my coyote gun, although mine has no scope.

Hey /out/, is there anyone here who lives in a small town closer to nature? I live in a city California and have been wondering what its like to move and live somewhere else (maybe sierra mountains areas) If you do live in these kinds of areas what kind of work do you do? Are you able to support yourself? Would it be difficult to move and settle in with no contacts? Anything else to add? Thanks for your time.

Hello /out/, I don't come here often, I'm mostly a /k/ommando. I live in Wisconsin and my friend and I are thinking about going camping this summer. I'm an Eagle Scout so I've been camping plenty of times but I haven't done it in years. We're just going to bring whatever we can carry on our backs and camp out somewhere in the forest on our own. Also I would probably bring a gun. Basically the point of this thread is to get some basics for camping out/surviving in WI/midwest since I'm a little rusty and the legality of camping wherever you want and bringing guns along for protection/shooting things.
