/p/ I don't understand. I post a lot of pictures that I think are pretty decent on instagram, but I post a shitty bokeh picture and it gets the most likes and I get like 10 new followers because of it. [EXIF data available. Hey /p/, So looking for some advice on a situation I'm currently in. A couple of weeks ago I did a shoot with a model I found on craigslist. I wanted to get a decent model, so I put up an ad for a paid shoot at 25 euros/hour (since previously the TFP ads I put up I either had no responses or responses by less than photogenic models). So we did the shoot and it lasted 3 hours, so I paid her 75 euros. She was great to work with and was a good sport about everything. So I said I could send her a couple pictures after the shoot. A few days later I get a text saying "don't want to pressure you, but I can't wait to see those texts." I say I'm busy but I'll try to get something to her in a bit. A couple days after that, she nicely texts about whether I could send her at least a couple before the weekend. I say I haven't gotten to a lot of them yet, but I send her one post-processed shot via text. She says she loves it, blah, blah, can't wait to see the rest. Today she texts me asking if I could give her all of the pictures on a CD for her porfolio. So I've been nice and shit so far, but what the fuck. I never agreed to give her anything, as this was not a TFP shoot. I merely said I would send her a couple to be nice, and so she knows I'm not just some douche with an SLR. What do you guys suggest I do? I don't want to tell her to fuck off cause I potentially would like to work with her again, but I really didn't sign up to pay her and then provide her with all the pics for her port. That's fucking ridiculous.

I know this is a somewhat pedestrian question, but I'd greatly appreciate any help with this. What settings do I need to change to get by colors to look like they do in this image?

Why is there this dark streak down the center of my photo? Problem with the lens? insufficient agitation during development? Uneven backlighting from scanner? This was my first time developing medium-format color film.

Hi /p/, I am a new photographer, and have a question or two I was curious someone here could help with. Firstly, I took this photo with the intention of capturing both my subject, and the skyline out the window. I tried several different strategies. First, i just took a picture. Didn't work, way too much glare off the glass, lighting up my subject uncontrolably. Secondly, i tried turning off all the lights in the room and using the flash. Of course that didnt work. I messed with my ISO and still nothing. Finally i turned on a single lamp, took this and gave up. What could I have done to get that shot? [EXIF data available.
