Alright guys, I'm planning on leaving everything behind and disappearing for a month or so in a couple weeks because I'm so done with people around me. But a lot of questions arrive. Just so that you know, I'm 19, I live in Spain, I have a car that I can use to sleep in (like, I can fit a mattress in there and still have space to carry my shit, even including my bike) and I can spend somewhere between two and three hundred euros in this, maybe even a little more if I get some more money selling shit I make. According to estimations, my car will drink about 70-80€ of gas to get to where I want to go (coast) and come back. So, now that you have some background, I have some questions: -I plan on taking a lot of conserve cans with me so that I can minimize the amount of money I spend in food. These are already around my house so they will not take away more euros. But I can't survive for one month on canned food, I need some other nutrients. For example, rice, pasta, and other carbs, as most canned stuff is mostly protein and fat. How would I go about making rice or other carbs without a kitchen? -As I said, it will take about 70€ euros in gas, so I have around 200 more euros to spend in everything else. I don't want to buy anything, no souvenirs, no nothing. Just food and stuff I need (water, TP, and all that basic shit). Do you think I can live for one month with just 200€? Remember I live in Spain, stuff is not THAT expensive here. -Where do I take shits and piss? -As for showering, I was thinking about showering in the showers that are in the beach. Is this a bad idea? -Also I guess I will have to wash my clothes in a washing house (?). I will post more questions as they arrive. Also I would like to know if any of you has ever done this, or something similar. And of course if you have any tips or want to share anything that you think could help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance guys.

Japan Travel

Okay, this seems like the place to ask this. I'm going for 2 weeks of work experience in Tokyo soon, but I have 6 days to kill before it begins. Seeing as I already have 2 weeks in Tokyo, I want to spend the first 6 days exploring the area around Tokyo.. Currently, I don't really know what to do. Maybe climb Mt. Fuji and go to Nagano for a bit, but honestly no clue. Can anybody who has travelled around Tokyo before suggest some fun things to do. I quite enjoy hiking and other things that require a bit of physical exertion, but I'm also happy to find some good food and go relax in an onsen or something. tl;dr: I need some fun ideas for 6 days around the Tokyo area.

To anyone who has entered China on a tourist visa. At the airport, do they ask to see an onward flight ticket? I already provided this as part of the visa application process.... but I've cancelled my flights already because I'm not sure exactly what dates I'll be entering/leaving.

Just did a short trip through Baja Mexico on a dirtbike. I go down there a lot and am very familiar with mexican culture and the crime issues. So ask me any questions you have and I'll post some pics of our weekend of fun at the Baja 500 race!

Sup /travel I've just bought myself a nice travel to Ibiza. It's my first time traveling to Ibiza, so I don't know what to expect. Help me out bros. I've got seven whole days there and I will consider myself as a pretty attractive young male, 22. How much money should I bring? Also, do anyone of you know, where to go party at Ibiza?

I'm finishing up a study program in Valparaíso Chile within the next week but don't want to go back to States just yet. I was thinking about traveling to either Buenos Aires or Peru/Machu Picchu for 3-7 days after my program ends; does anyone have any advice on which would be more interesting? Or have any other South American travel suggestions within that time frame (barring Brazil; I don't want to fuck with that place during the world cup) that they can share? Thanks

Hi /trv/, Has anyone been to Crete? My parents are looking at going (I would be likely joining them) for about 3 nights and staying in Heraklion. Is it a nice place to visit? I heard that you need a car to get the most out of it...

Hey /trv/, Where is a good country to travel for a week, that has a decent nightlife/cuisine. I was thinking about continental europe, but I've visited many times. Maybe Sweden/Iceland is worth going to?

Hey /trv/, after working for a couple years and racking a lot of air miles, it's safe to say I can pretty much travel the world. Now my question to you is, I want to document it in a creative way. I remember seeing a video of someone dancing in pretty much every country and want to do something similar. So /trv/, any suggestions, I thought of lip syncing a song but that seems super lame.

So I'm from England and my girlfriend is from the States. I'm at university with very little money but I want to go out and see her in April at the latest. What's the cheapest airline to travel with, and the best time of year?

Hi /trv/ I will travel from Denver throughout the westcoast of the US by car (surprise) We're heading from Denver to grand canyon, then onwards to LV, LA up to SF. Our main stops will be those cities together with sequoia and king's canyon. I'm wondering if anyone of you have any favorite stops along the road we should break a visit at. I'm also wondering if anyone of you have any idea of where the location of the picture is at (coordinates from Gmaps)?

Flying on 4.08 till 9.08 to Amsterdam and am looking for hotels for 2 persons and generally nice places to go. I tried to use the HRS/travigo apps, but couldn't find anything cheap. I made some screens couple months ago from a thread on /b/, some anon listed cheap hotels and told me about a chinese restaurant that sold thing like a full plate of duck and rice for 5 euro. Sadly my hard drive died and i lost all my info, can anyone help ? Thanks ! also, im staying in the Amsterdam/Utrecht area.
