How do YOU roll? Anonymous 07/18/14(Fri)15:20 UTC+1 No.431876 Report

Sup guys. I've got a question not narrowed to one program. What is the simplest way to make objects rotate on local axis while moving? Mathematically it would look like 360°x(1 program unit) or (2?r)x(1 program unit). Is there a way to insert these parameters to a modifier or a script? if yes, how?
Pic somewhat releated.
