Anonymous 02/19/14(Wed)01:39 UTC+1 No.410556 Report

I want to make my material glow. I know there is BPR Glow Filter, but unfortunately have no clue how to apply it to one specific subtool. Any Anon willing to share his knowledge?

I've read it before posting. Unhelpful. Colorize Glow don't do the trick.
