So I'm halfway through...
Anonymous 06/21/14(Sat)01:08 UTC+1 No.427990 Report

So I'm halfway through modelling a face in Maya, and when I smooth it out I see this shit. It's all sharp, and I can't get it to change.
When I double click the outside edge, it includes the sharp edges in the selection. I don't know if the edge is incomplete or something, but I can't fix it. Please help me out.

Worked like a charm, thank you kindly. Can you tell me how I managed to fuck it up, so that I don't do it again? I'm new as fuck to this.

I was asking how it got fucked up in the first place, but I guess it doesn't matter. Thanks again.

There is a "reversed normal" problem thread every fucking week

I suggest banning these threads.

How about a FAQ with common problems? Would make the board so much cleaner.

All 3D programs do unexplainable things sometimes, you just have to learn how to fix it when/if it happens
