Currently, I am doing pretty well for myself, e.g. doing well at my degree, part of a research team, recently got a well paid internship, met a nice girl, was doing charity training (but dropped it), everything was going great.

The thing is the idea of all those things is great but I have my 2nd year university exams and it's really fucking hard to juggle everything and I can feel the stress affecting my body. I can barely sleep or eat (I usually lift intensively, sleep well and eat 3000 calories a day, currently I probably eat about 1000 and sleep 4 hours a night). It's gotten so bad that I can't even get intimate with this new girl as I'm just so fucking tense all the time. I've tried meditating but my physical tenseness distracts me.

How the fuck can I relax? Do you guys have any particular meditation resources to recommend? Anyone I can talk to online?

Seek a therapist (short term). Sounds like you need to develop a schedule to juggle your day to day responsibilities.

If your visual, use a personal planet..set aside time for your jobless and interests. I feel you OP. I work a job that requires scheduling, writing reports, meetings, caseload maintenance, etc.. having a plan/routine really helps.
