I work in a supermarket. What are you asking here, you want to mess with the employees, the customers, or both?

sorry i forgot.

Just ask questions. Ask for obscure items. Ask for multiple items at a time. Learn the layout of the store. Ask someone on one side of the store to take you to an item on the other side of the store. Ask the grocery department to find you something in the meat department, ask the meat department to find you something in the produce department etc. If you ask where an item is and they tell you, ask them to take you directly to it. If you ask for something and the response is "I don't know" follow up with "Can you find someone who does?" Ask the person who looks busiest. Also be absolutely, 100% polite about it. Nothing irks me as a worker more than someone who asks a lot of questions but you can't get out of the conversation because they are being so nice about it. Or be mean about it, it doesn't really matter.

You can also pick things up and put them back in the wrong spot, ideally across the store. Don't be a dick about it though, if you pick up something from a refrigerator put it back in a refrigerator somewhere else.

As far as customers are concerned, I wouldn't mess with them. Employees have to be nice, customers don't.
