Say you pick a random person who trains a martial art, even just a little, even a shitty mcdojo.

A single random person with any martial arts experience.

Statistically speaking, is it more likely they're a grappler or a striker?
Anonymous 08/08/14(Fri)21:36 UTC+1 No.483603 Report

probably striker.
Anonymous 08/08/14(Fri)21:37 UTC+1 No.483605 Report

50% chance, either striker or grappler

I'd say if you were in the US, grappler cause HS wrestling, striker in just about every other country.

Striking martial arts are way more common almost everywhere unless wrestling is very popular in that particular area.

Outisde of the USA and Brazil I'd say striker.
Inside of those countries I'd say grappler.

Highschool wrestling is massive in the USA, way bigger than krotty

Brawler. On the off chance they can clinch, they are whatever they want to be.
