I prefer eating them raw and plain after just shucking them but these look ineresting too!

Steam them in vodka or white wine first so they open up. (This is optional, it mostly just makes them easier to open). Melt some butter, and mix in a lot of fine chopped garlic, and maybe some garlic powder. open the oysters put em on the grill, and pour the butter over them. let them cook inte mixture of butter and their own juices till they are done. before you pull em off, sprinkle of parmesan cheese and sriracha on them . eat.

Looks good I would eat, just a little less sriracha on em. I recently got some oysters and I didnt have sriracha so instead I used a tiny bit of horseraddish and it was gr8 id rather use that from now on.
