What are some good rosemary-inspired dishes? I can't get enough of this stuff.

Slice potatoes, coat in oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Bake. Enjoy.

google rosemary lemonade recipes, succeed. Also good in cocktails. Also it can go in scones and cakes, pretty much always with lemon and/or a lemon glaze on top.

Lamb goes great with rosemary.

Pic related. It's lamb shanks, rubbed in a paste made from garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Then cooked over sliced potatoes so the potatoes absorb the lamb fat and fry a bit around the edges. It's delicious.

Marinate chicken cutlets in soy sauce & garlic. Drop cutlets on grill & cover in rosemary. Simple & delicious.

I like it on white pizzas, it goes very well with spinach and shrimp topped, especially with some garlic.

Make tomato sauce yourself, when you fry the onions and the garlic, add shitloads of fresh rosemary to the oil before adding the canned tomatoes for like half a minute. then let that stuff simmer, great sauce.
You could also make the dough yourself and put some finely hacked rosemary into it so its perfumed with rosemary. I do that a lot

Use whole rosemary branches as skewers when you grill.

For my mom's birthday I made a rosemary-lemon cake. I topped it with the most wonderful frosting, flavored with nectarines and rosemary. I'll give links to both recipes because it was such a good cake, very moist and not too sweet. Very fragrant.
>cake, don't do icing recipe from here

>frosting recipe, change up the fruit used as you see fit. I added fresh rosemary leaves to the mix.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful this icing is. I've never tasted/made anything like it, although I'm not a pro cake baker.

I second rosemary on white pizzas. Brixx has a white pizza with caramelized onions, mushrooms, grilled chicken, and rosemary and it's honestly one of the better pizzas Ive had.

Alternatively fry sweet potatoes and coat in a mix of garlic, rosemary, and salt.

SO good.
