Eating the same exact thing daily is your problem more than red meat daily. Try some nutritional diversity.

Not OP, but fuck you

Depends OP, how big is the T-bone, and how big are you? And no, eating meat daily isn't going to kill you.

I eat steak like 5 days a week and I'm perfectly healthy. Had my last blood test done about 3 months ago.

And I'm 33 so it's not like you can say that I'm just going to have a heart attack when I reach 30.

I'm 37, my last blood test my doctor said my bad cholesterol was very high, but my good cholesterol was through the roof so I should just continue whatever it is I do.

I drink a lot of wine and eat a lot of butter and other dairy fats from grass fed cattle. Quite a bit of cheese. I go through about 4 big tubs of unsweetened whole milk yogurt per week. I eat meat a few times a month and never factory farmed anything. And all the hippie shit that makes people around here rage. Quinoa, brown rice, kale, and so forth.

I also run and lift weights, but I'm not sure if that's helping or hurting.

It might be a bit more meat consumption that I would prefer for myself, but it's probably fine if you're pretty active, OP.

Isn't that pretty fucking expensive though?

Maybe, maybe not. There's really no way to tell until you hit fifty and start dealing with some real health issues. Everyone's biology is different and we barely know what goes into health and longevity yet.

Of course it's helping. Exercise matters a lot more than what you eat assuming you don't have any deficiencies.

According to this obviously healthy and well proportioned fitness coach, we are descended from hummingbirds and should strive to eat at least 1000-2000 kcal over maintenance every day if we want to get big and strong like him.

Scooby and Rippletits are basically the same age and at least Scooby doesn't have a beer gut. Interestingly Scooby also doesn't recommend stuffing your fat face with pizza all day. I wonder why he has a better physique. Must be genetics.
