/o/ has a Daily Bike Thread (/dbt/)
Just be warned they're usually 50% shit, 25% trolling, and 25% bikes.
Even so I post about my custom bike there with regular updates on my progress for the handful of people that give a shit.

Exactly. Have all the controls, Made flasher setups using 4001IC's for the LED's. 12v SLA battery in the back. It does fairly well.
I'll be registering it as a moped in not too much longer, however the cops here don't seem to mind.

wait. Lets hold the phone. It's a full sized bike that goes 45 off a pressure washer? That sir is several degrees of badass if that is what is happening here.

The engine is from a pressure washer, also commonly used for log splitters. I've basically built a reliable 4-cycle dirt bike that performs similarly to a moped (with a big bore kit), but with better brakes and handling.

If I was aiming to make a hydrostatic drive bike the only one I'd want to model is the "Racoon".

Any advice on tank swaps that require seat modifications? looking at upgrading from a 1.8gal to a 4gal. will have to cut horn of seat and change its angle. would my best bet be to cut and make brackets or attempt some "plastic welding"?

Metal is much easier to rework than plastic.
Modifying a seat also would involve changes to the upholstery
