I think I see a quarter, two clamps, a drill press, hammer, propane torch ($35), long tweezers, drill, filing rod ($20, could be something better to use), auto polish, and a paper towel, you should have most of it already

You heat the quarter to red hot, hammer it into a ring on the filing rod, and then polish it with auto polish and a paper towel
