Are there any photo editing...

Are there any photo editing apps for mobile phones that allow for than just combining pictures and changing the color filter?

I want to be able to do things like use multiple layers and texture blur etc etc.

Which mobile photo editors do you use? Which do you think are the best? are there any that are better at certain tasks but fail at others?

There's no need to bump when you're still on the front page of the slowest board of 4chan. People will either have an answer or won't. I personally wouldn't use my phone for anything other than some cropping and a quick filter if the photo was awful.

check out photoforge2. I think it costs something like $2, but it's a full-featured image editor with support for layers, blending modes, color balance, etc. - pretty much the basic features of photoshop. I have this on my iphone, don't know if it's on any other mobile OSs

Just search for adobe on your app store. Pretty sure they have free ones that can do all that. jeez.
