Hm, is there a reason to the Gs on the controller being colored that way? If not, it would probably look nicer if they were white.

Aesthetically pretty nice, but I don't see the relevance to ethics and accountability specifically. The kerning also makes me pretty uncomfortable, the E and T of "ethics" are far too close compared to the T and E of "gamergate". Makes the two phrases look like slightly different fonts.

Not the easiest to read bottom paragraph either.

2/10

This is sort-of the direction I would have taken ( see attached image)

The central image would be a clean vector of a controller. Simplified, flat, and minimalistic.
Any additional type would be neatly arranged at the bottom.

boring. really boring. no style, no flash, no presence. wold not attend this talk. you've got video games as a source of inspiration and this is all you could come up with? i don't wanna be dick-harsh but this is so basic. it looks like you've got some basic understanding of layout and maybe a design program so push that shit! look at video games graphics, pixels, damsels in distress (princess, zelda, video game classic's, etc.) don't use a controller, that's the easy way out. but if you insist at least make the joystick look more phallic so there's at least a joke or pun or something for the audience to understand. 1/10 no dice.

How would you have made the "Ethics and Accountability" visible relative to the scale of the controller? Those are pretty long words.

that isn't the exact controller i would have used. i just threw it in there for placement.

i would draw my own version of a controller... maybe combine line/shape from a couple well known ones.

There is, your daily dose (it was requested).

I'll work on the kerning.

It's about ethics and accountability regarding videogames. It's basically meant to highlight Gamergate is about ethics and accountability.

Poster goal is to associate the name gamergate with ethics and accountability, nothing more, nothing less.

For what OP is trying to accomplish, I think this is the most important point by far.

It's propaganda, not information-based.

we're not gonna get any useful critiques unless this is clear.
