seems like they go for about twice as much as a cheap cetme.

is what i'm looking at, i didn't do a historical search but after a cursory inspection cetmes are thick on the ground. i should get one. it's probably all the ptrs on the market coupled with panic buyers unloading.

Pretty sure the M25 is supposed to be able to shoot .45 Colt, ask if he has the other cylinder.
It's a fine revolver, but not quite worth a Cetme.

well my goal was to sell my cetme to buy a ptr 91. im thinking if i get this revolver, i could sell it for more to get my ptr easier

A wise choice, I'm assuming the Cetme is some old Century hunk of junk? PTR have much better QC.

You'd never find someone to directly trade you a Cetme for a PTR-91 (because it's kind of like trading a Chinese PolyTech AK for a Derka Derka AK made in Khyber pass), but you could trade the Cetme away for something sort of valuable, and then try to trade yourself a PTR-91 that way.

It's entirely possible, there was a guy on here who bought a used Hi-Point C9, juggled some trades, and ended up with a Glock 19, so he basically did a 75% saving in cost.

S&W M25 is a pretty nice revolver, but you'd have to find one hell of a sucker to trade a PTR-91 for that, you'd need to either trade something finer for it, and then try to trade for the PTR-91 that way, or add a wad of cash with the revolver, along with accessories or ammo or something.
