Seriously, I'd like to point out that we've had a Cyber Formula thread up almost all month completely uncontested because the OP just decided they were gonna skip the stupid question and make it happen. Starting out with "is this /m/" is either asking to be made fun of or an indicator you don't have anything to actually talk about. Quit testing the waters or whatever and just make the damn thread, nobody really cares that much.
