Get rid of the stem spacers, get a new saddle and grease those shocks.

If you need them, keep them. But the way the bike is set up, it looks like it's too small for you.

Lubing stuff never hurts, and people usually forget to lube their shocks. You won't notice anything until it starts to squeak and then it's too late.
