How do we practically increase our neuro-awareness?

Being aware of our awareness, by our fluctuating expression of the
ever-changing distribution of electrical activity in the brain, in order to identify and create specific neural circuits that give rise to the development of extraordinary intelligence, skills and talents. Simply put, hacking the brain into unlocking traits that may otherwise seem out of reach.

For the biological computer that is the human brain, neuro-awareness is the scientific software that enables this. You can unlock abilities that are normally considered unthinkable.

Through neuroplasticity, an intrinsic property of the brain, which allows
us to physically alter our brain's configuration and change our default mindset over time. Often understated as simply the brain's way of storing memories and adapting in order to learn, these mechanisms allow us to unlock incredible potential with basic decisions.

What we consider possible and what we consider to be impossible deeply determines the structure of our brain and what we are capable of. When we are aware we are observing our own thoughts and emotions. Neuro-awareness takes place when we observe the awareness process itself and consciously direct the very neural activity that brings about awareness.

Basically, managing to unlock and learn this skill of being aware of your awareness, neuro-awareness, would mean that you have unlocked unlimited potential of choice in your life. Anything would be possible to become if you choose to be it.

Maybe this is what the Buddha discovered? In any case, how do I manage to practice this skill to increase my neuro-awareness?

Well, I've read something about people having narcissistic personality disorder and delusions of grandeur, clearly you're a good example of someone having that.

wow, do normal people still exist on /sci/ or are there only basement-dwelling autistics with narcissism disorders left?

Stick to the damn topic and discuss the science of neuro-awareness. This is not some scientology shit, stick to the science.

For example, Mindfulness and meditation by Jon Kabat-Zinn has been a scientifically accepted method for only the last decade. Buddhist monks has been practicing it for thousands of years. It's not considered some hocus-pocus pseudoscience anymore.

But I bet you guys are the same ones advocating useless drugs that doesn't work better than placebo. Just because you get a hard-on for acting autistic and not scientifically discussing alternative ideas.

LOL! This is the internet, your claims doesn't prove shit unless your post some proof. Reading some books about science and browsing /sci/ all day doesn't mean shit. Again, you're not better than a religious nuthead with a bible in his hand and a narcissistic personality disorder.

And also, do you deny that you can physically change your brain depending on how you think? For example, they've made brain scans that shows how people that has started meditation (or buddhist monks) have changed/increased their white brain matter in certain areas of the brain.
