So, what little things does your character do, foibles and bad habits?
The little things that make them human.

My wizard is always working on something else whenever our group has a council meeting, usually foreshadowing the next plan he's going to enact, mostly because the meetings tend to meander about and he prefers to have something to do when the others are talking bollocks.

"bad habit" may be an understatement, but I once played a bounty hunter in D&D 4E. I had a set of iron spikes and a hammer, you know, cause they were cheap and I figured they could come in handy at some point. Well, I had a habit of threatening to drive the stakes through various parts of any prisoners I had in order to extract information. And "at some point" turned into "whenever I want to get information quickly and reliably", i.e., always.

It was a while ago, but I used to have a sorcerer/alchemist in 3.5 that was always producing and taking (in increasing doses) what was essentially magic crack mixed with pcp because the party had been thrown into an extremely god-heavy plane and it freaked him the fuck out. This culminated at level 22-ish when he reached an insane tolerance, but his mind was so completely fucked that he ended up tearing a rift in reality that consumed the planet.

My character has a habit of taking very little seriously. At face, value, anyway. This leads to few people taking THEM seriously-which they're okay with-but it gets tiring when nobody gives you any respect, especially if you're basically capable of re-writing reality. They're probably going to snap and do something horrible soon, if it doesn't stop.

Magical weed that allows him to see into other people's souls, but weed none-the-less.

OP's image is from drowtales, it says so at the bottom.

Drowtales being the creator's fapfiction about his drow being the best at everything forever while, apparently, fucking their sisters, murdering children and eating people.

I always mention how slowly he does everything. Particularly talking.

Though I suppose it has the effect of making him less human rather than more so.

My character likes taking naps in the ship's fighter bays and cargo bays. It's just something that he likes to do.
Although there was the time he took some candles into the place where they had the ammo crates. That scared a few people.

My artificer is incapable of thinking up a Plan B. She's smart enough to whip up a great plan in advance with at least 15 minutes to prepare, but has zero tactical acumen or capacity for rapid problem solving. The only reason she's still alive is because she carries a Gauss-powered shotgun in fantasy renaissance Europe and hasn't yet encountered anything that can withstand repeated shots to the chest cavity.

She also respects and admires her boss, who the rest of the party is convinced is actually the Big Bad, and can't (or won't) consider that he's been manipulating her into growing stronger so he can absorb her powers and gain immortality (it's complicated). If he ever actually betrayed her, she'd basically break down bonelessly to the floor, unable to fight back or even comprehend what was happening.

Oh, and she murders children when it's convenient.

Oh cool, I have a character like that in our campaign, but mostly because hedonistic cults over any 'my brain is full of fuck' moments.

This has, on more than one occasion, led to snorting residuum. The party's residuum. That they need for rituals.

A member of my freeform DnD group had his druid beast-form ritual interrupted, he know has half a flying squirrel soul imbued in his psyche. He constantly eats nuts as a habit, noisily.

What does this have to do with the other things? The rest are things they do to humans, and then there's one about their personal habits in the privacy of their own bedrooms. Or... furnaces if the picture is to be believed. But still, not nearly comparable to the rest.
