North American Trip Anonymous 06/06/14(Fri)10:23 UTC+1 No.858042 Report

Hey /trv/,

my dad and I are planning a North-American trip with our friends. We would fly to NYC, and fly back from LA. We would rent a car in NYC, and see everything worth to be seen until we get to LA. We would be there for like a month. So the question is: which cities/regions are worth to be seen?

Boise, Tallahassee, pretty much all of Ohio, Lincoln, and St. Lewis are all gems. Forget about NYC even if it'll get you more time in Cleveland.

As an American, I'd recommend that you just visit a smaller area. A roadtrip that long won't be as fun as you think, it'll be 90% monotonous farmland. If you insist on it though, do you have a specific route in mind? How far out of the way are you willing to go?

So do you think it would be better to fly to NYC, then fly to Washington, then fly to LA, rent a car there, go to the Grand Canyon area, then fly back from LA to Hungary? I don't have anything in mind, I really don't know the USA. Thanks!
